Our Products

There are two different types of dehumidifiers we offer: the Refrigerant units and the Desiccant units. Smaller units are called building dryers, whereas the larger units are known as industrial drying units.

Understanding Refrigerant Dehumidifiers

The best way to explain how refrigerant dryers work is to compare it to how condensation forms on a cold window. It contains a compressed refrigeration system, making it the coldest place in the room where it is placed. As air is drawn in, any moisture in it condenses and collects in its container, allowing easy control of humidity in the air.

These units are self-reliant with an in-built air circulation system. A fan pulls air from outside into the unit, passing it through the refrigerated heat exchanger which cools the air and precipitates moisture.

The energies from the circuit, air-steam, and latent energy from the dehumidification process combine and are provided to the refrigeration condenser, which heats up. This warms and dries the air passing through the evaporator before it is transferred back into the room or area. The collected moisture is discarded.

Building Dryers

Industrial Dehumidifiers

With a capacity up to 600 liters per day, these robust units deliver effective drying for large areas. They use an evaporator and condenser and keep areas dry effortlessly. Our industrial dryers include the DH150 and DH600 models.

Desiccant Dehumidifiers

Best suited for areas with very low temperatures requiring very low relative humidity, these units use moisture-absorbing materials such as silica gel (desiccant). These materials have high water vapor absorption capacity. Many desiccant dehumidifiers use this material in a ‘rotor’ form.

These dryers generally comprise:

  • The desiccant rotor component
  • A fan to move dehumidified air through the desiccant rotor
  • A fan to move reactivation air through the desiccant rotor
  • A heater
  • A device to rotate the desiccant rotor
